WayPoint Marketplace (waypoint.contractors) has its own fees under its own terms, and one side pays per match, never both: a subcontractor hired directly by a homeowner with no general contractor involved pays 5% of the accepted bid (capped at $25,000) to confirm the job; a homeowner pays 5% (capped at $25,000) only when they hire a general contractor there and take the job off-platform, and the 3% above instead when the job runs in WayPoint PM; general contractors pay no Marketplace fee.
